Controlled Response Services offers training through EMS Safety for CPR, AED, First Aid, BLS for Healthcare Workers, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Emergency Oxygen. Whether you’re a personal trainer in need of certification, a construction worker, a school, a service group, or a workplace that needs us to send instructors to you, we’re qualified to teach and certify you through EMS Safety.

A message from our founder: "Our story begins at a defining moment in my life. An event that created a choice of heart and one of action. My daughter, age 10 at the time, suffered a grand mal seizure and while treated continued to endure seizures for years to come.

 

At the time of the event, my emergency 911 career was into its twelfth year and I was genuinely embarrassed after the event of how well I did NOT handle the emergency situation. To put it mildly, I panicked and felt helpless.

 

For months to follow, I learned that many people that my daughter may be in the care of did not have the training to help her during these episodes. After many conversations with medical professionals, family, and friends, I decided that emergency response training and education was my new mission and passion in life.

 

Thirteen years later, we have transitioned to Controlled Response Services, recognizing that we all have the instinct and the knowledge to help in all emergency situations by remaining calm."
